  7. Auto Pay Information (if desired)
  8. Last 4 digits of your SSN
  9. All vehicle information needs to be legible and filled out correctly – i.e. license plate, make, model, vehicle type (RV, camper, boat, etc.)
 
Storage LOT A is based strictly on an ANNUAL contract – no exceptions!

Contract Agreement for Storage Facility

Shortcut 42 LLC Boat & RV Storage

The term of this agreement shall commence on the date this agreement is signed by the tenant and shall continue thereafter until the tenant provides either written or emailed notice. Notice must be given 20 (Twenty) days prior to the tenant removing the boat, motor home, trailer and/or recreational vehicle described hereto (Hereinafter “Property”) from the premises of Shortcut 42 LLC. Property may not be stored on the premise of Shortcut 42 LLC until a complete and signed contract has been submitted to Shortcut 42 LLC. Current License Plate information is mandatory.

In consideration of storage payment, Shortcut 42 LLC agrees to store the property as described in this agreement. Contracts are for a minimum of one year, unless otherwise noted. All rates are subject to Ohio sales tax of 7.0% and are not refundable. Shortcut 42 LLC has the right to change storage rates at the annual contract renewal time. There is a $35.00 charge for any NSF checks. Shortcut 42 LLC may charge a late fee for any late payment. All storage charges must be paid in full before the property is removed from the lot. Shortcut 42 LLC shall have the right to retain possession of the property after the date due upon renewal of contract. Tenant will be asked to vacate premises if payment is not made within 10 days of date due. Property stored may be moved or sold after 30 days past due. Tenant shall not transfer or assign the benefit of this contract without first obtaining the consent in writing of “Shortcut 42 RV and Boat Storage”.

Access to property is available 24 hours weekdays and weekends by combination. The storage agreement covers outside storage and only the rental space sufficient to store one vehicle per space. Property owner releases all claims against Shortcut 42 LLC property owner, representatives, agents and employees from any, and all damage or loss to property or its contents, including, but not limited to, theft, vandalism, fire, windstorm, hail, tornado, flood, weathering, acts causing personal injury, and any other injury or damages while property is stored at Shortcut 42 LLC beyond the control of Shortcut 42 LLC. Shortcut 42 lot will not be plowed for snow removal. This storage agreement does not include storage insurance. The owner shall be responsible for insuring the property and its contents while stored at Shortcut 42 LLC.

The following conditions must be adhered to:

  1. Notify Shortcut 42 LLC of any change in address, phone number, email address, ownership of property or any other pertinent information. If we cannot contact you at the phone number or address you have given us and your rent is 30 days past due, we will assume that you have abandoned the leased storage space.
  2. Park property only in the space/lot assigned by Shortcut 42 LLC
  3. Property must be in working order and with no flat tires while stored at Shortcut 42 LLC
  4. Property must be lawfully licensed and titled at all times while stored at Shortcut 42 LLC
  5. Do not discard trash on the premise of Shortcut 42 LLC.
  6. Do not store any flammable, explosive, dangerous or hazardous materials; fertilizer; animals. Onboard propane is allowed.
  7. No unlawful business shall at any time be carried on upon or from said premises.

I have read the above document, understand its contents fully and agree to its terms and conditions entirely.  The owner further understands that it is their responsibility to pay by the rent due date & that failure to pay rent on time may result in automatic late fees & possible eviction or lien on the property.
